    Car was smashed into in car park by another customer and when asked Tom would not let me use the footage from camera. really disappointing service. actual service is okay some staff are lovely and others just don't seem to care in my opinion .

    Service used to be on the unfriendly and slow side, but with really good food. I recently visited and you have a new lady serving (Sarah I think) who is an absolute credit to your shop and café. Service is now friendly and bubbly.. Exactly what was missing before. I will definitely start visiting your bakery again now the grumpy staff have moved on.
